Guoco Tower is currently the tallest building in Singapore with a height of 290 metres, the building former name was Tanjong Pagar Centre. There are a is tanjong pagar park, retail shops, direct access to MRT station and the Famous Wallich Residence.
Wallich Residence is also where James Dyson just bought a 3-story super penthouse at a whopping SGD$73.8 Million. This has a very beautiful city view of Singapore.
For this building motorcycle parking during the day is very expensive as it is in the CBD of Singapore. Great News is that, after 5pm (+8 GMT) it has a very affordable rate of $1.50 per entry.
