Marina Square has completed its second renovation exercise, so increasing its floor space to 100,000 square meters and a rested tenant combine. section one introduced a wing dedicated to food and drinkable institutions, referred to as the eating Edition, as well as some F&B institutions new Singapore. Renovation began in January 2012 and completed in Sept 2013. section two consisted of AN extended retail zone and a replacement retail wing facing dock Bay. It introduced tenants like sales outlet Shokuhin, a Japanese market, and Pororo Park, a subject matter park dedicated to youngsters. it had been completed in Nov 2015.
Phase three of the renovation works consisted of the mall’s east wing, which prompted the closure of the dock Leisureplex (GV dock Square) and John very little retail store. each tenant vacated the mall in 2014 and are replaced by PSB Academy’s mega town field.
